Biographical Copyright Exception for Wikipedia

Photos published of a public performance, as part of a group, organization or individual - the group, organization or individual OR biographer may use images and photos by David. P. Discher under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License for articles, stories of biographies on Wikipedia. This intended is that this should be compatible with both English Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons, but not for any general publication.

If someone finds an image of my mind via wikipedia/Wikimedia, and wishes to use it for commercial use and/or modification and reuse, in order for it to have been on Wikipedia, the licences allows them to do so. However, they may NOT publish an image of mine to Wikipedia themselves in order to create a loop hole in licensing. Ideally, for commercial use, the party should contact me for more direct licensing.
